We founded the Ti-Cons GmbH registered at the District Court of Cologne with the number HRB 96538.

The GmbH will bundle the activities of Ti-Cons Weiland und Partner Management Consultants and the Dr. Bonath und Partner und Management Consultants in order to deliver even better benefit to our customers.

Note: GmbH is an abbreviation of the German phrase Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, which means "company with limited liability." GmbH is the equivalent of "Ltd." (limited) used in the United Kingdom, and is the most common form of incorporation in Germany.
